Minimum Age for Check-in

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register and check in to the serviced suites.

Rates Policy

All room rates are subject to 8% Sales & Service Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room, per night for foreign passport holders will be collected upon check-in.

Child Policy

A maximum of one child under the age of six years old is allowed to share the one-bedroom suite and a maximum of two children under the age of six years old are allowed to share the two-bedroom suite without additional charges using existing bedding. If extra beds for the children are required, we provide rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast starting from an additional MYR 200 per room per night, subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes.

Rollaway Beds

A third person will be subject to an extra person charge of MYR 150 for an extra bed, or MYR 200 for an extra bed including breakfast, subject to availability. Prices are subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary for a maximum of one child under two years old upon request (subject to availability). 

Breakfast Pricing

Buffet breakfast options:

• Pacific Lounge at Level 25, chargeable at MYR 70 per adult and MYR 35 per child from 6 to 11 years of age, or
• Thyme in PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, chargeable at MYR 85 per adult and RM 42.50 per child from 6 to 11 years of age.

Parking Fee

In-house hotel guests are entitled to a flat rate parking of MYR 2.20 per entry (parking fee is inclusive of 10% service tax or any prevailing taxes), available for up to a maximum of one vehicle per room.

Accessibility

The Serviced Suite has wheelchair access facilities in the public areas and lift access on every floor. 

Smoking Rooms

The Serviced Suite has a no-smoking policy. However, there are designated areas at the Serviced Suite entrance and some parts of the garden should guests wish to smoke. e-cigarette, vape, and any other form of smoking are also prohibited.
