About Ginger, A Botanical Eden in Kampong Gelam
An award-winning restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Vincent Aw, Ginger took home the honours for Best Halal Casual Dining Restaurant at the Epicurean Star Awards 2025 and Alfresco Biophilic (Asia) Design at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2021.
The sprawling 535 sqm restaurant offers the best halal food near Arab Street, including halal-certified dishes. Its culinary team creates custom menus for social gatherings and private dining room events, and it serves local cuisine in lavish a la carte buffets with five live food stations.
