Global Hotel Alliance

The Global Hotel Alliance was created in 2004 and is the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel groups.

The Global Hotel Alliance is about offering greater choice and enhanced recognition to customers in a growing collection of hotels, managed by individual, regional brands that are respected in their home markets for reflecting and respecting local traditions and culture through their hotels’ products and services.

Regular travellers know how challenging navigating the world can be & how choosing the right hotel can be the difference between an average and a sensational trip! Choosing a Global Hotel Alliance hotel means travellers can be sure that they will have a unique, local experience in an excellent four- or five-star hotel, while receiving consistent levels of service and recognition, regardless of their choice of hotel or destination.

Global Hotel Alliance currently comprises 12 luxury brands encompassing 240 upscale and luxury hotels with over 60,000 rooms in 47 different countries. Each brand is a key player in their main region of operation: Anantara in Asia and Maldives, Cham in the Middle East, Dusit in Thailand, First in Europe, Kempinski in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Landis in China and Taiwan, Leela in India, Marco Polo in China and Hong Kong, Omni in North America, Pan Pacific in the Pacific Rim, Parkroyal in South East Asia, and The Doyle Collection in Europe and United States.  GHA will continue to grow to include selected hotel brands in those regions not currently covered by the alliance.
