The Role

An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping staff in the establishment. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including hiring and training new staff members, developing cleaning schedules, and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and presentable.

Talent Profile

  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
  • They should also have a deep understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network.
  • At least 5 years experience in the same role.
