• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
• Analyse market demand, historical performance, booking pace, pickup trends, and competitor pricing to optimise room rates and revenue opportunities.
• Manage room pricing, inventory allocation, rate restrictions, and availability across all distribution channels.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, seasonal demand, and local events to support effective pricing and business strategies.
• Analyse business mix, booking patterns, and channel performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved profitability.
• Manage distribution channels, including direct booking platforms, OTAs, and GDS, to optimise room sales and minimise distribution costs.
• Review revenue performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance to align commercial strategies and maximise revenue performance.
• Monitor key revenue performance indicators and present regular reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
• Support the development of promotional packages, tactical offers, and pricing initiatives in line with market demand and business objectives.
• Utilise revenue management systems, PMS, and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making and ensure accurate revenue reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within an upscale, luxury, or five-star hotel or resort.
• Proven experience in room pricing, demand forecasting, inventory management, market analysis, and revenue optimisation.
• Strong understanding of key hospitality revenue metrics, including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and revenue segmentation.
• Familiarity with hotel distribution channels, OTA platforms, GDS, channel management systems, and direct booking strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; experience with revenue management systems, PMS, and business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with senior management.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
