• Rooms are subject to availability. Black-out dates may apply and advance reservation is required.​
• Eligible reservations must be booked on panpacific.com, Pan Pacific DISCOVERY app or directly through our hotels.​
• Full prepayment will be required upon reservation.​
• Non-cancellable and non-refundable once booking is confirmed.​
• Daily breakfast and housekeeping not included on Sundays and public holidays for Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road.
• Prevailing taxes and service charges apply.​
• One-time change of date is allowed at least 7 days prior to arrival, subject to rate changes (if applicable).​
•  Amendment and cancellation are subject to properties' guarantee and cancellation policy.​
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discounts, loyalty card or vouchers.​
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.​

Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie Immersive DIY Chocolate Bar Workshop for 2 persons at Dempsey Chocolate Factory

• Guests will receive a physical voucher upon hotel check-in, which includes a unique booking link to reserve their Mr. Bucket Chocolate Workshop Experience for 2 Persons.
• Validity of physical voucher for workshop redemption: 2 months from date of issue.
• Workshop experiences are available exclusively at Mr. Bucket Dempsey outlet for a period of 2 months after campaign period, at the below timings:
• During campaign period (5 August – 15 September 2025):
  • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at 9am - 11am and 6pm - 8pm, and
  • Mondays at 9am - 11am.
• Post campaign period (16 September – 15 November 2025):
  • Saturday (Sep 20, 27, Oct 4, 11, 18, 25, Nov 1, 8, 15) at 6pm - 8pm, and
  • Sunday (Sep 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, 26, Nov 2, 9) at 6pm - 8pm.
• Each session will start promptly and last for 2 hours.
• Workshop slots are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservation is required.
• Additional persons must be reserved through the same booking link and will be charged SGD60 nett, directly payable to Mr. Bucket at Dempsey.
• Due to space restrictions, each voucher is entitled to up to 2 additional persons.
• Children aged 4 and under can attend complimentary. For bookings with two or more children under 4, participation will be managed on-site at Mr. Bucket’s discretion.
• The physical voucher must be presented to Mr. Bucket at Dempsey for verification, and the voucher will be retained.
• No extension for voucher validity will be allowed.
• Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie reserves the right to decline participation if the voucher is not presented at the time of the workshop.
