JAM17 DINING welcomes you with a lively and convivial atmosphere in a large, inviting space that features a live open kitchen. The centrepiece is a versatile stone kiln that can be used for roasting, stewing or baking.
Seasonal Kanto ingredients are used to maximise freshness and flavour, especially the Miura vegetables which are shipped directly from the source.
