Start with the light and tasty tapas, then dig into the paella, a Spanish dish that has come to represent community and celebration around the world. Here, it has been given a festive twist with the Paella Navideña, which combines the classic saffron bomba rice with chicken, turkey, and chorizo ibérico. 

Over at the Josper Grill live station, discover the spiced gravy-infused Roasted Turkey Roulade, or the Whole Mediterranean Seabass with its generous toppings of lemon and tomato. A treat for both the eyes and the taste buds, the Porchetta stuffed with chestnut and fig makes up the third special offering from the grill this Christmas. 

Take your time to experience the desserts, which include the Basque Apple Tart topped in Pedro Ximenez Caramel and the Warm Christmas Fruit Cake doused in sherry sauce.
