Come one, come all to the Christmas party! Here you will find a Mediterranean meal bursting with character, an assortment of specialties from the region which embody the universal spirit of giving. 

Guests can savour the holiday joy over premium charcuterie, scrumptious paellas, and meats fired up at the Josper Grill live station. In celebration of the season, the grill is also serving up a Roasted Whole Halibut as the catch of the day, in addition to its many coastal gems and meaty specialties. 

Keep an eye out for our roving server who will be doling out luxurious Sturia Oscietra caviar on freshly fried Spanish churros.

Another sight which cannot be missed: the artisanal fromagerie, where five award-winning Mediterranean cheeses stand poised to steal the show.  

The party has not ended, however, until you have tried the desserts at Santa’s Sweet Market. Finish off with the Christmas Fruit Cake, a brandy-soaked confection, or try the Yule Log Duo, composed of the Chocolate Noir and the cherry-themed Crimson Noel.
