Terms and conditions

• Valid only between 6:00am to 11:00pm daily.
• Lounge access available on Level 4.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi provided on Level 4 Bar Airo and code is available at reception.
• Leisure facilities access provided up to a maximum of three hours.
• Access to be purchased from reception located on Level 4.
• Modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your arrival, for stays from now until 31 December 2025.
• Rates are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
• A merchant service fee of 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, and 3% for JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
