Pan Pacific DISCOVERY members earn D$ during eligible stays on net eligible spend. Earning will range from 4-7% depending on the membership status. D$ are credited to the member's account 1-2 days after check-out.

Please note that the amount of D$ earned is rounded down to the nearest dollar amount, with a minimum earn of D$5. This is the value that will be reflected in your member dashboard on panpacific.com and the Pan Pacific DISCOVERY mobile app.

A member can redeem their D$ on net eligible revenue when they stay on a qualifying rate. D$ cannot be used to pay any tax and service charges.Simply apply your selected D$ amount to your bill at check-out as a form of payment. Please note, D$ transactions must be for a minimum of D$10.

D$ can be applied toward your room, room upgrades, late check-out, dining, spa treatments, Experiences or other eligible costs you incur during any of your stays at hotels.

As per the programme's Terms and Conditions, expired D$ cannot be extended. For further clarification, you may contact GHA DISCOVERY Customer Care Team by raising a ticket here.

An eligible stay is a qualifying rate paid by a registered member at a participating Member Brand Hotel. A “Qualifying Rate” is a rate available to the general public for a room night. Qualifying Rates are determined by GHA, in its absolute discretion and may change at any given time, without prior notice.

"Eligible Rates" shall not include, without limitation: (1) third party online retailer rates, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com, etc. (“OTAs”) (2) tours series rates and charter rates (3) room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly; (4) travel-industry staff rates; (5) other discounted rates; (6) any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers.

Reservations made under an ineligible rate category do not qualify for benefits like room upgrades and welcome amenities. These member benefits are typically extended to members who are booked on an eligible rate.

The Benefit is available to the Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Members whose status in the programme is Titanium at the time of the hotel stay (“Eligible Members”). Members whose status at the time of the hotel stay is Silver, Gold, or Platinum are considered not eligible for the Benefit (“Non-eligible Members”). 

To receive the Benefit, Eligible Members must book a member rate on direct channels: panpacific.com, Pan Pacific mobile app or with the hotel reservations team via phone or email. Stay bookings made before the relevant Benefit Start Date for stays with a check-in date on or after the Benefit Start Date are eligible for the Benefit. Complimentary breakfast is available to the Titanium member and one (1) guest staying in the same room. It does not extend to guests in additional rooms booked by the same member during the same stay.

It takes approximately 48 hours after your stay has concluded for the nights, eligible spend, and brand stays to be awarded to your account and reflected on your member dashboard on panpacific.com and the Pan Pacific DISCOVERY mobile app.
