- Prevailing taxes and service charges apply.
- Rooms are subject to availability. Black-out dates may apply and advance reservation is required.
- Eligible reservations must be booked on panpacific.com, Pan Pacific DISCOVERY app or directly through our hotels.
- Full prepayment will be required upon reservation.
- Non-cancellable and non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
- One-time change of date is allowed at least 7 days prior to arrival, subject to rate changes (if applicable).
