- Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival (hotel time) after which a one-night penalty applies.
- All reservations must be made in advance, prior to arrival and is subject to availability.

- 15% savings on dining on food only is applicable at hotel operated outlets and is not available at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside, Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre, Pan Pacific Toronto, Pan Pacific London, PARKROYAL Darling Harbour Sydney, PARKROYAL Paramatta, BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel, HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites and PARKROYAL Serviced Suites.
