• Clean guest rooms according to established standards, including making of beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and follow up on guest requests.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned and in order to adhere to health standards.
• Collect daily allocations of rooms and keys. Ensure worksheet is kept up to date throughout shift, and keys are signed out & kept securely.
• Clean and maintain corridors, service areas, replace amenities in guest room if necessary and disposes off rubbish correctly.
• Report promptly any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department and to their respective Assistant Housekeeper.
• Report any odd occurrences, irregularities, carpet cleaning requirements, pest infestations, etc. to their respective Assistant Housekeeper promptly to counter loss to the company
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel and local area.
• Provide Turn Down Service when required.
• Undertake other duties as requested by Department Head.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts including Public Holidays and weekends.

• Applicants with prior or related experience in housekeeping are welcomed.
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced enviroment.
• Good Team Player.
• Basic English Language proficiency will be of an advantage to avoid miscommunications.
