Terms and conditions
- Please note that the displayed prices are exclusive of a 15% service charge and 10% consumption tax, which will be charged separately.
- Guests are kindly requested to complete full payment via the designated link no later than 10 days prior to the check-in date.
*The payment link will be sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation.
*If payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline, the anniversary plan service will be cancelled. (Please note that this does not affect your accommodation reservation.) - Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will apply within 10 days of the check-in date.
- The package is applicable for a maximum of 2 adults per room.
- Rose and Balloon decorations will be set up prior to your check-in date.
- As availability is limited, rose and balloon decorations will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The anniversary cake measures 9 cm. For fire safety reasons, candles are not permitted.
- Kindly indicate your preferred balloon color, any allergy information, and your desired cake delivery time in the comment box when making your booking.
*If no balloon color selection is made at least 10 days prior to arrival, gold balloons will be arranged.
*If no allergy requirements are provided, a standard anniversary cake will be prepared.
*Please note that the cake design cannot be altered.
