A Harmony of Japanese Iftar Above the City. Inspired by Chōwa (調和), the Japanese philosophy of balance and harmony, Keyaki presents Jakarta’s only full Japanese Iftar experience. Guests are invited to break their fast with thoughtfully prepared dishes that deliver comfort, purity of flavour, and a sense of calm after a day of fasting.
Highlights include Yuzu Kurma Compote and Sakura Flower Mochi as Takji gently awakening the palatel, followed by live stations featuring Keyaki’s Signature Sashimi Selection, Robatayaki Wagyu Beef Skewer, Wagyu Sukiyaki, Teppanyaki Grill, and Tempura Station. The main buffet showcases Gindara Miso and Beef Yakiniku Black Pepper, offering a harmonious balance of warmth, umami, and refined Japanese technique.
