| Child Policy | A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding. If extra beds for the children are required, we provide rollaway beds starting from an additional MYR 150 per room per night for selected room types only. Price is subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax or any prevailing taxes and is subject to change without prior notice. COLLECTION Club Lounge is reserved for guests above the age of 12 years old only. |
| Rollaway Beds | An additional rollaway bed can be placed in selected room categories: Urban Suite, Lifestyle Suite, Lifestyle Premier Suite, Signature Suite, or PARKROYAL COLLECTION Suite. Rollaway beds cannot be placed in other room categories. A third person will be charged MYR 150 per room per night for a rollaway bed, or MYR 190 per room per night for a rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast, subject to availability. | Airport Shuttle | The Hotel recommends using KLIA Express, GRAB, red and white taxi or blue taxi services. For your safety, please avoid illegal and unlicensed vehicles and touts. |
| Parking Fee | In-house hotel guests are entitled to a flat rate parking of MYR 2.20 per entry (inclusive of prevailing taxes), available for up to a maximum of one vehicle per room. Starting 1 January 2026, in-house hotel guests are entitled to a flat rate parking of MYR 6.00 per entry (inclusive of prevailing taxes). |
| Payment Types | The Hotel accepts Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, China UnionPay, e-wallet TouchNgo, and Alipay. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. |
| Accessibility | The Hotel has wheelchair access facilities in the public areas and lift access on every floor. Wheelchair-friendly guestrooms are also available. Advance request is required. |
| Smoking Rooms | The Hotel has a no-smoking policy. However there are designated areas at the hotel entrance and some parts of the garden should guests wish to smoke. Shisha, e-cigarette, cigar and vape and any other form of smoking are also prohibited. |
| Cancellation Policy | Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours (local time) prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night stay, including taxes. Cancellation policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific cancellation policy. A no-show fee of one night stay and taxes will apply. |
