Sydney’s ultimate street festival returns this October! Back for another year, PARKROYAL Parramatta is bringing BAR30 & Parilla to the streets for four sizzling nights.

Follow the aroma to the Latin Quarter and you’ll find us serving up a traditional South American-style open-fire BBQ, with smoky choripán, sizzling asado cuts and more cooked over the flames. Pair it with fresh margaritas by Espolòn Tequila, crafted so authentically by our talented bartenders that you’ll feel like you’ve traveled far, far away. To our South American friends, it’ll feel right at home!

García Entertainment has got your entertainment covered, with a different vibe each night. Located right next to the stage, you know we’ve got the best seat in the house for all the action.
