Tantalising Thai Buffet

Tantalising Thai makes its much-anticipated return to Peppermint, the farm-to-table restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, known for its halal-certified buffet stations and kitchen. Running from 21 August (dinner) to 28 September 2025, this year’s edition shines the spotlight on bold, spicy authentic Thai recipes by renowned celebrity Thai chef and culinary instructor Chef Jareuk Sriaroon.

Hailing from Thailand, Chef Jareuk Sriaroon brings with him a wealth of culinary experience shaped by years of teaching, competing, and preserving the essence of Thai cuisine. A respected culinary instructor and television personality, Chef Jareuk has competed in some of the region’s most recognised cooking shows, including MasterChef: The Professionals, Top Chef Thailand, and The Next Iron Chef. Known for his deep respect for heritage techniques and flair for presentation, Chef Jareuk will join hands with Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his culinary team to present a fresh showcase of authentic Thai dishes, reimagined with a creative, farm-to-table touch. 

A Celebration of Thailand’s Rich Culinary Heritage

The Tantalising Thai buffet features a vibrant spread of authentic Thai favourites, from bold, spice-forward signatures like Beef “Soup Hang Wua” and the Seafood Tower Tom Yum Hotpot (Tom Yum Talay) to the flavourful Salt-Grilled Whole Seabass (Pla Pao Kluea), available exclusively on weekend dinners. Guests can look forward to zesty street-style fare served fresh at live stations, including Thai Waterfall Grilled Beef Salad (Neua Nam Tok) and Thai-style Mussel Omelette (Hoi Tod) — a weekend-only favourite.

Hearty meat dishes take centre stage at the Butcher’s Roast Corner, featuring highlights like Thai Style Smoked Wagyu Beef Belly, Slow Roast Wagyu Beef With Red Curry Sauce, and the fiery Crying Tiger Grilled Beef (Suea Rong Hai). Traditional Thai curries such as Bamboo Shoot Curry With Chicken (Kaeng Per), Thai “Underwater” Chicken (Gai Tai Nam), and Massaman Curry Lamb Ribs add depth to the line-up, while seafood lovers will enjoy the indulgent Wok-Fried Yellow Curry Crab Meat With Crispy Rice Cracker and the tropical, spice-laced Rock Lobster in Pineapple Curry (Gaeng Khua Sapparod Lobster).
