Hotel Policy

Minimum Age For Check-in	Guest must be at least 21 years of age and present at check-in.
Rates Policy	Rates are subject to service charge and Goods and Services Tax (GST). An additional fee will apply should a rollaway bed be required.
Child Policy	Children under 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.
Rollaway Beds	Rollaway beds are not available in the Hotel (except for Signature Suite).
Baby Cot/Crib Hire	Complimentary upon request (subject to availability).
Breakfast Pricing	Buffet breakfast at LIME is at SGD 40 per adult and SGD 20 per child (aged six to 12 years old) per meal.
Transportation Policy	Additional SGD 20 night surcharge applies for pick-up between 11:00pm to 06:59am. All transportation are inclusive of Meet and Greet services at the arrival gate. Bookings cancelled or amended with less than 24 hours’ notice carry a full cancellation rate. Any variances to bookings such as routes or additional waiting time will incur additional charges.
Parking Fee	Complimentary parking is available for up to a maximum of two vehicles per room, per stay. Click here for further information.
Payment Types	The Hotel accepts Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Union Pay.
Accessibility	The Hotel has a driveway ramp, handicap-friendly guestrooms and restrooms, and lift access on every floor.
Smoking Rooms	The Hotel has a no-smoking policy. However there are designated areas along the walkways near the hotel entrance should guests wish to smoke.
Durians	The Hotel has a no-durian policy and a penalty will be applicable for non-compliance.
