In line with the National Registration Regulations, all guests are required to present a valid physical Identity Card (IC) or a passport during check-in for verification purposes. Other identifications such as Digital ICs (e.g. Singpass), work permits, long-term visit passes, dependent passes, driving licenses and membership cards are not accepted.

Guest must be at least 18 years of age and present at check-in.

Rates Policy

Rates are subject to prevailing service charge and government taxes. An additional fee will apply should a rollaway bed be required.

Child Policy

Children under 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.

Club Lounge Access

As alcoholic beverages are served at the COLLECTION Club Lounge, we kindly advise that children below 12 years old do not accompany guests when accessing the lounge before 11:00am and after 5:00pm.

With effect from 1 May 2026, children below 12 years old are not encouraged to access the Club Lounge on weekdays, and children below 6 years old on weekends and Public Holidays.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds are only available for the Signature Suite, and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Sofa beds are available in selected room categories and can be set up upon request, with an additional charge and subject to availability.

• Sofa Bed (2050mm x 1050mm) for the Signature Executive Room
• Sofa Bed (1700mm x 1000mm) for the Urban Suite

Buffet breakfast at Lime Restaurant is at SGD 40 per adult and SGD 20 per child (aged six to 12 years old) per meal.
