    Beware, if you dare! From 23 October to 1 November 2026, Lime Restaurant will transform into something altogether more sinister, its halls decked out for a haunting worthy of the season. Step inside, if you're brave enough, for A SubLIME Halloween, a spooktacular buffet dinner reimagining seafood favourites, live grill classics and global specialities with a devilishly playful twist.

    More frights and delights await

    The feast begins with a chilling seafood-on-ice display featuring Boston Lobster, Snow Crab and Nordic Whole Salmon (Friday to Sunday), before venturing into a lineup of Halloween-inspired creations from the Josper Charcoal Grill, including the Witch's Fire-Grilled Sausages, Graveyard Meatballs and Bewitched Miso-Glazed Pumpkin.

    Over at the Halloween Twilight Carvings, sink your teeth into the Black Garlic-Glazed Beef Short Rib and, exclusively on Friday to Sunday, the Phantom Flame BBQ Whole Baby Lamb. Pasta lovers should not miss the Parmesan Cheese Wheel Lobster Pasta (Monday to Thursday) or its weekend counterpart, the Parmesan Cheese Wheel Lobster Bisque Risotto.

    Rounding out the spread are heritage favourites such as Chef Alvin Leong's Signature Beef Rendang, Sambal Stingray with Okra and the Braised Duck with Sea Cucumber (Friday to Sunday), while the Spooktacular Desserts — from Ghost Velvet Cake to the Witch's Ai Yu Jelly Potion — bring a playful finish to the evening.
