Ring in the National Day festivities with a sumptuous spread! In support of the SG60 Local Produce Menu Campaign by the Singapore Agro-Food Enterprises Federation Limited (SAFEF), our chefs have crafted five exclusive dishes that showcase the freshness of our homegrown produce.
Look forward to the Tandoori Prawn with Cold Somen, Mushroom Tiramisu, Pan-seared Seabass, Locally Farmed Mushroom Bun, and Oven-baked Peranakan-style Tilapia. These dishes will also also be featured in the SG60 Local Produce Menu e-publication, shining a well-deserved spotlight on our chefs’ culinary creativity.
In addition, the buffet will feature delightful highlights including Chef Alvin Leong's Signature Beef Rendang, Herbal Chicken Soup, Sambal Stingray and the iconic Pickering Slipper Lobster Laksa.
