Celebrate National Day in true Singaporean fashion by participating in the nation's favourite pastime — food! In honour of SG60, our chefs have curated five exclusive dishes that highlight homegrown produce. Look forward to indulgent creations like the Tandoori Prawn with Cold Somen, Mushroom Tiramisu, Pan-seared Seabass, Locally Farmed Mushroom Bun, and Oven-baked Peranakan-style Tilapia — all of which will be available exclusively on the buffet spread.
From 8 to 10 August during dinner, dive into Lime's elevated takes on beloved hawker favourites including Roti Prata with your choice of curry, Braised Duck, Katong Laksa, and Chicken and Pork Satay. Of course, a true-blue Singaporean feast wouldn't be complete without trying one of the nation's greatest culinary inventions, Singapore Chilli Crab, served with fried mantou to soak up all that delicious gravy.
To round off the meal, tuck into whimsical local-inspired desserts like the Iced Gem Cake, Soh Ta Pia Cake and Ondeh Ondeh Cake. For something more decadent, don't miss the lineup of verrines including Durian Pengat, Milo Dinosaur, and Singapore Sling, a sweet treat inspired by the iconic cocktail.
