Each brand has a clear character: Pan Pacific's refined, sincere hospitality on one end; PARKROYAL COLLECTION's nature-inspired stays centred on wellness and sustainability in the middle; and PARKROYAL's neighbourhood-driven, locally rooted stays on the other.

No matter which brand a member chooses, eligible spend earns DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) and contributes to tier progression. This structure allows a traveller to mix a city business trip, a green urban sanctuary, and a locally flavoured getaway, all within one programme and a growing balance.

DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) accrue automatically on eligible spend, covering rooms, dining, spa treatments, room upgrades and curated experiences at any property across the three brands—Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION, and PARKROYAL—worldwide. 

The earn rate scales with membership tier, so the balance grows faster as status rises. The balance appears in a member's wallet shortly after check-out, ready for use on a future trip or a Local Offer. The membership benefits page includes the full breakdown by tier. 

Earning can also accelerate through limited-time bonus D$ promotions. These periodically allow members to earn 2X or even 3X D$, combining Base D$ with an equal or double amount of Bonus D$ on eligible stays booked and completed within a defined promotional window.

Members should register for a bonus D$ promotion before booking, and they must book directly through the official website or app for the bonus D$ to apply.

DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) function as a cash-equivalent currency: D$1 equals US$1, and you can apply it to rooms, upgrades, spa treatments, dining, and experiences across properties worldwide. Currently, redemption requires an active hotel stay rather than standalone use outside a booking.

Global vignettes bring this to life: a celebratory dinner using accumulated D$, a spa ritual booked as part of a wellness break, or a room upgrade secured on arrival in a new city, each paid for in part or in full through the balance built over previous stays.
