Meet the Executive Pastry Chef
Kelvin Kan
Chef Kelvin Kan was born in a small town in East Malaysia and moved to Singapore when he was 16 years old. A creative and dedicated pastry chef, Chef Kelvin has been in the industry for 15 years with proven experience working for 5-star hotels.
Most recently in 2018, Chef Kelvin joined the National Culinary Singapore Team and achieved the Gold Medal for the Pastry Category during the Food & Hotel Asia. In 2017, he acquired the Silver Medal for Sweets & Bakes Asia 2017, a competition by Singapore Bakery & Confectionary Trade. In the same year, he came in as second runner up in the World Chocolate Masters Singapore Selection organized by Cacao Barry.
