Services & Lounge Policy
- Price of laundry is calculated based on one of the most expensive and least expensive charges.
- Laundry items picked up before 10.00am will be returned by 8.00pm on the same day.
- Laundry items picked up after 10.00am will be returned after 8.00pm the next day.
- A smart casual dress code is required at the COLLECTION Club Lounge. Kindly note that singlets, shorts, fitness attire and slippers are not permitted.
- Children will not be permitted entry into the COLLECTION Club Lounge when evening cocktails are served. COLLECTION Club guests accompanied by children below the age of 12 may enjoy daily breakfast at Peppermint restaurant, as well as light snacks and evening cocktails at Portman's Bar, both located on level 4.
- Additional charges apply for non-registered guests. Kindly approach our COLLECTION Club Lounge team for assistance with the applicable arrangements and charges.
