From 10 October until 9 November, Peppermint invites diners on a foodie’s expedition to experience the rich melting pot of Taiwan’s most beloved flavours, inspired by the island’s lush natural pantry of fresh harvests.
Beyond the sizzling street food and night market snacks, dive into our DIY Giant Squid Tomato Hot Pot, where fresh ingredients simmer in a tangy tomato broth, or savour the bustling flavours of Taipei's night markets with Black Angus Beef Belly Gua Bao. Indulge in the luxurious sweetness of premium seafood selections, from Whole Abalone to irresistible Lobster creations.

Roast & Grill Buffet at Peppermint: 10 to 12 November (lunch)
Embark on a smoky, sizzling journey at Peppermint’s Roast & Grill buffet, where global grilling flavours take the spotlight.
The highlight of the buffet is the Hay-Smoked Grilled Wagyu Beef Belly, available exclusively on weekend dinners. Another standout is the 8-Hour Slow Roasted Whole Veal Shank with Charred Onion Sauce — a hearty centrepiece that reflects the buffet’s focus on rustic, slow-cooked dishes.
Available exclusively during dinner service, guests can also look forward to the Grilled Thai-Style Regionally Sourced Seafood Wrapped in Opal Leaf, a delicate dish that melds traditional Thai flavours with a sustainable touch.
Savour the bold flavours of Brazilian Churrasco, Moroccan Pot Roasted Whole Lamb, Mediterranean Salt-Baked Whole Salmon, Thai Grilled Gai Ping, Indonesian Ayam Bakar, and Chinese-inspired Lamb Ribs. Conclude with Decadent Desserts, from Petite Pastries to Nonya Kueh.

Joyful Harvest Festive Feasts: 13 November 2025 until 1 January 2026 (dinner)
This festive season, Yuletides magic blooms anew to captivate guests of all ages - the young, and young-at-heart.
Unveiling Peppermint’s well-loved festive buffets, Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee presents a line-up of Joyful Harvest Festive Feasts that spotlight farm-to-table herbs and produce, responsibly sourced seafood like Boston Lobster and Russian Snow Crab, and luxuriously fork-tender Applewood grilled meals like Wagyu Beef Belly and juicy Lamb T-bone.
Come Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the buffet introduces flavourful decadence, gracing the buffet spread with Classic Beef Wellington with Black Truffle Jus, Baked Lobster Yuzu Thermidor and so much more.
Peppermint’s New Year’s Eve buffet ushers in grandeur with a showstopping 45kg Slow-Cooked Whole Wagyu Beef Leg, Alaskan King Crab Donut Sliders, and Salmon Coulibiac crowned with Duo Caviar — stars of the buffet line-up until 1 January 2026, dinner.
Available from 13 November until 1 January 2026, prices for Peppermint’s Joyful Harvest Festive Feasts start from $72++ per adult for lunch and $98++ per adult for dinner.

About The Chefs
Chan Tuck Wai, Executive Chef, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore
Chef Chan Tuck Wai has more than 20 years of professional culinary and kitchen management experience. A champion of creativity and innovation, Chef Chan constantly seeks to create new and intriguing dishes
Chef Chan is also a respected member of the Singapore National Culinary Team, bagging more than 20 international awards, including the Gold Medal at the World Association of Chefs Societies World Congress 2012 and the Best Chef Award at Food & Hotel Asia 2012. In 2019, he attained the Executive Chef of the Year award at the World Gourmet Awards.
In addition, Chef Chan is also the Approved Judge, certified by the World Association of Chefs Societies, having judged at international competitions like Ultimate Chef Challenge, Thaifex 2016 in Bangkok, Thailand. He also held the appointment of Chief Judge at the inaugural Yangon Young Chef Challenge 2013, held in Myanmar.Chef Chan was also invited as a Guest Chef to cook for various Heads of State and foreign delegates at the Istana, for Singapore’s 50th National Day function, hosted by the President of Singapore.
Leon Yee, Chef de Cuisine, Peppermint
Chef Leon heads the kitchen of Peppermint, overseeing the daily kitchen operations, from menu planning, food cost and inventory management to quality assurance, and is personally involved in the hiring, training and development of all kitchen staff in Peppermint.
He was profoundly influenced from young by his mother and Peranakan grandmother, incorporating precious tradition and knowledge gleaned from countless hours in the kitchen growing up, together with his professional culinary training, Chef Leon strives to improve and innovate upon his repertoire, constantly experimenting with different ingredients and techniques to craft interesting new recipes.
Despite his relative youth, Chef Leon is no stranger to winning, with notable accomplishments including a Gold Medal at the Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) Singapore 2012, the Gold Medal and Overall Champion (Defending Champion) at Luxembourg Expogast World Cup 2014, and a Gold with Distinction Medal at FHA Singapore 2016 – awarded only to participants with perfect scores.
