Portman's Bar
Named after John Portman, the world-class Architect who designed the hotel building in 1987, the name is both a tribute to Portman and his legacy, and a recognition of the timeless, cathedral-like atrium that provides the environment for the bar and the hotel’s welcome space.
During the day, a stream of natural light pours in through the atrium skylight, bathing the space in a warm, welcoming glow - perfect for a pensive speciality-grade morning coffee or a nature-inspired afternoon tea with friends, featuring top-shelf international teas and delicate, delectable bites fresh from the kitchen.
Resident Mixologists spin from more than 90 labels of whiskies and other top-quality spirits into both classic and unique signature cocktails. Inspired by the hotel’s Urban Farm, these cocktails embrace the ‘farm-to-bar’ concept, and are designed around specific fresh herbs and edible plants, drawing their flavours from the beauty of nature.
Portman’s Bar embodies the spirit of the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, a quietly dazzling celebration of nature and the beauty and serenity of timeless design.
Guests are encouraged to be dressed in smart casual attire with appropriate footwear. Shorts and flip-flops are not permitted.
Dine-in guests are eligible for complimentary parking at Marina Square Shopping Centre (one single-entry ticket, to be utilised within 2 hours from issue).

Portman's Bar offers a special take on the Lunar New Year festivities with an Oriental Afternoon Tea. Savor an exquisite menu that blends traditional and contemporary flavours, thoughtfully curated by Pastry Chef Helice Hong.

SPECIAL SHOW – IN LIGHT OF ORCHIDEA
Daily at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm
A light tribute to Richard Lippold’s Orchidea sculpture and renowned architect John Portman’s atrium built in 1986. The one and a half minute light show performance curated by Light Collab, in collaboration with Martin Professional, transforms the garden atrium into a new light scape in the evenings.
