Global Kitchen offers a modern dining experience with contemporary cuisine amidst a cosy, private setting.

Comprising of a palate-pleasing medley of ingredients and cooking techniques, the culinary concept is geared towards the cosmopolitan-gourmet who is discerning about the quality as well as the origins and seasonality of the culinary details.

The restaurant offers all-you-can-eat lunch (weekday) and dinner (daily) presentations, a variation of contemporary and Asian compositions. Diners enjoy six dedicated culinary stations including salads, crustacean, pasta, roasted carved meats, European and Asian mains and desserts. A la carte creations are also available.

Crustacean-lovers should not miss Friday and Saturday evenings with crabs presented in 12 culinary styles including local favourites like fried chilli crab & fried black pepper crab, steamed flower crab with ginger & spring onions, roasted crab with tomatoes, garlic & saffron, baked crab with Indian butter sauce, stir-fried crab with green curry & kaffir lime and crab bisque. Whet your appetite with carved meats, salads, contemporary and Asian mains and desserts ($58*) for a decadent dining experience.

On Saturdays, enjoy all-you-can-eat high tea ($32*) with classic temptations like delicate finger sandwiches, savoury rolls, salads, scones and French pastries. For a touch of local flavour, enjoy fried carrot cake, mee goreng, Nonya kueh and more.

Unwind with a relaxing all-you-can-eat Sunday Lunch, Your Way ($48*) featuring seafood on ice, ‘live’ stations with a la minute pasta and fish & chips, salads, cold cuts, breakfast classics, Western mains and Asian mains including Indian and Japanese highlights. A delectable dessert bar, chocolate fountain, a la minute crepes and more await. Complete the experience with your favourite Champagne, wine or beer at attractive prices.
