    2. Booking may be modified or cancelled up to 48hrs prior to check-in time (3 PM).

    5. Unredeemed benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
    6. All rates are subject to tax and service per room/night.
    7. Reservations are subject to rate changes and room availability.
    8. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
    9. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
