Recruitment Fraud Cases
We have been made aware of a number of cases where fraudsters pretending to represent hotel companies like Pan Pacific Hotels Group are sending bogus emails and letters, and/or putting up fraudulent website using our information to call for interviews or advertisements and offering fictitious job or employment opportunities with our hotels. Fraudsters are also known to have used forged letterheads, bogus business cards or the contact numbers from our corporate office or hotels as part of the fraud. They may request that recipients provide personal information, and ultimately payments, to process applications for jobs that do not exist. Most recently, we found a website address www.luxurymagnumhotels.com which lists our Senior Executives and uses our information on their website. We take this very seriously.

- We will not make a job offer before the completion of one or more formal interviews with our Human Capital & Development departments. As part of the recruitment process, we may request for you to provide personal references.
