Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Cinn drives the marketing and sales strategy as well as synergising efforts across the Group’s portfolio of Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL hotels, resorts, and serviced suites. She brings over 20 years of sales and marketing management experience from international hotel brands.
Executive Vice President, Operations
Soon Hup drives the operational performance, systems management and development, as well as service quality standards across the Group's global portfolio. He brings over 20 years of financial and performance experience and has been with us since 2003.
Senior Vice President, Finance
Neil is responsible for the Group’s finance and information technology functions. He brings over 30 years of finance experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for global brands in diverse destinations across Europe and Asia.
Senior Vice-President, Business Development
Kevin focuses on growing the Group’s portfolio of sourcing new management agreement opportunities and building strong relationships with third-party owners. He has over 30 years of deep experience in sales and marketing, of which 25 years were spent in the Asia-Pacific region.
Senior Vice-President, Human Capital and Development
Andreas focuses on talent acquisition and management, learning and development, service culture, employee engagement, as well as compensation and benefits. He has over 30 years of human resources experience in the hospitality industry as well as from private and public sector organisations.
