Chief Executive Officer
Peng Sum has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry from multiple destinations across Asia and Europe. As CEO, Peng Sum leads the Group's vision and mission. He is charged with the business performance and operations of the Group’s global portfolio and the strategic expansion of its Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands.
Chief Operating Officer
Soon Hup drives the operational performance, systems management and development, as well as service quality standards across the Group's global portfolio. He also oversees new hotel openings and projects, food & beverage, and performance management. He brings over 20 years of financial and performance experience and has been with us since 2003.
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Cinn oversees and drives the marketing and sales strategy of Pan Pacific Hotels Group across its global portfolio of Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL hotels, resorts and serviced suites in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. She brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing management experience from international hotel brands.
Chief Investment Officer
David has 30 years of experience establishing new busiensses, investments and professional services in the real estate and hotel sectors. He now spearheads Pan Pacific Hotels Group's strategic investments as the Group expands its footprint worldwide as a global hospitality company.
Senior Vice-President, Business Development
Kevin focuses on growing the Group’s portfolio of sourcing new management agreement opportunities and building strong relationships with third-party owners. He has over 30 years of deep experience in hospitality, of which 25 years were spent in the Asia-Pacific region.
Senior Vice President, Finance
Neil is responsible for the Group’s finance and information technology functions. He brings over 30 years of finance experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for global brands in diverse destinations across Europe and Asia.
Senior Vice-President, Human Capital and Development
Andreas focuses on talent acquisition and management, learning and development, service culture, employee engagement, as well as compensation and benefits. He has over 30 years of human resources experience in the hospitality industry as well as from private and public sector organisations.
