Chef Kazunari Tsumura, an expert in Japanese cuisine, leads the culinary experience at Shiki-Tei Japanese Restaurant at PARKROYAL Yangon. With a deep understanding of traditional and modern Japanese cooking techniques, Chef Kazunari also oversees the buffet line display at Ichiban Buffet, ensuring a visually appealing and flavorful dining experience for guests. His dedication to authenticity and creativity enhances both the à la carte and buffet offerings at the hotel.
Chef Chaw Chaw Yu, second in charge at Shiki-Tei Japanese Restaurant, PARKROYAL Yangon, brings over two decades of culinary expertise to the team. Her journey began in 2001 as a Cook Helper at Hotel Equatorial in Yangon, and over the years, she honed her skills at various top establishments. Joining PARKROYAL Yangon in 2013, Chef Chaw Chaw Yu has played a key role in shaping the hotel’s culinary offerings. Known for her creativity and attention to detail, she combines her extensive experience with a deep passion for food, continuously elevating the dining experience at Shiki-Tei.
