Serviced Suites Policy

Check-in

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and check-in for a suite. Check-in time is at 2:00pm.

Check-out

12:00pm

Rates Policy

Rates are subjected to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and no service charge. An additional fee will apply should a rollaway bed be required.

Child Policy

A maximum of one child under the age of seven years old is allowed to share the one-bedroom suites and a maximum of two children under the age of seven years old are allowed to share the two-bedroom without additional charges using existing bedding.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds can be placed in all room categories at an additional SGD80 plus prevailing tax per apartment, per night (room only, subject to availability).

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary upon request (subject to availability).

Breakfast Pricing

Complimentary Daily Buffet breakfast at the Pacific Lounge between 6.00am to 10.30am, with the exception on Sundays and public holidays when breakfast service is not available. Additional breakfast will be chargeable at SGD30 nett per person per day.  

Airport Transfer Service

Please contact our Guest Services Ambassador to arrange for limousine service at special rates.

Parking Fee

Complimentary basement parking is available for all in-house guests. Click here for further information.

Valet Parking

Valet parking service is not available.

Payment Types

The Serviced Suite accepts Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Union Pay. Please note that we do not accept bookings made by debit card. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the serviced suite.

The Serviced Suites are Wheelchair Friendly.

Smoking Area

The Serviced Suites has a no-smoking policy within its public areas and suites. Smoking is only permitted at our Sky Gardens located at Level 3, 7, 15.

Advance Purchase

Please note that reservations for advance purchases are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a refund approved by the hotel management due to unforeseen circumstances, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any foreign currency exchange loss or transaction fee by the issuing bank.
