Naoki Kadofusa

Naoki’s journey is a unique blend of disciplines. After earning a degree in Economics from Kochi University, he decided to pursue his passion for the culinary arts by enrolling in culinary school. Since beginning his career in 2001, he brings with him over two decades of culinary experience.

"Soy sauce, vinegar, and other Kyoto seasonings are delicious in their own right", says Chef Naoki Kadofusa. He creates Kyoto French cuisine, blending locally sourced seasonings and vegetables to celebrate the rich culinary legacy nurtured by Kyoto's history.
