Rates Policy

Rates are based on two adults sharing a Studio or One-Bedroom Suite and based on four adults for a Two-Bedroom Suite. An additional charge of CDN$30.00 per adult per night plus tax will apply in addition to base rates.

Taxes

5% GST (Goods and Service Tax), 8% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) plus 3% MRDT (Municipal and Regional District Tax) on accommodation is applicable.

Child Policy

Children 18 years and under stay complimentary when accompanied by an adult.

Age Policy

Must be minimum 21 years of age to register as a hotel guest. The hotel reserves the right to change and raise the minimum age requirements for any period of time.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds can be placed in Two Bedroom Suites ONLY and are complimentary upon request (subject to availability).

Baby Crib Hire

Complimentary upon request (subject to availability).

Parking Fee

Self-parking available for CDN$32.00 per vehicle per night plus tax.

Valet Parking

The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that the Hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.

Smoking Rooms

The Hotel has a no-smoking policy within all of its public areas, rooms and suites. Please note that as per local bylaws smoking is prohibited within 10-metres of any opening into a building, including a door or window that opens or air intake.

Advance Purchase / Super Early Booking Offers

Please note that reservations for advance purchases are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a refund approved by the hotel management due to unforeseen circumstances, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any foreign currency exchange loss or transaction fee by the issuing bank.

Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment of room and tax is charged 2 days prior to arrival date. Within 2 days of arrival, a reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. If cancelled, a penalty of 100% of the full reservation value will apply.

Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment of room and tax is charged 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival a reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. If cancelled, a penalty of 100% of the full reservation value will apply.

Festive Season Deposit and Cancellation Policy A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment of room and tax is charged 45 days prior to arrival date. Within 45 days of arrival a reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. If cancelled, a penalty of 100% of the full reservation value will apply.
Declined Payment If your bank declines your payment method, you will receive an email or phone call from our Guest Services team. Please note that your reservation will be cancelled unless we are provided with a valid credit card within 48 hours of us contacting you.
