New Flavours This Winter
Opening this November, Run Rabbit Restaurant will introduce a fresh dining experience to Pan Pacific Village Centre. Inspired by Pacific Northwest ingredients and global influences, the independently owned restaurant will serve breakfast exclusively for hotel guests from 8:00AM. to 11:00AM., with dinner and cocktails open to both locals and visitors beginning at 5:00PM.
Led by General Manager Antony Largue, formerly Bar Manager at Rimrock Café, and Executive Chef Tinh Truong, previously Chef de Cuisine at Rimrock Café and a member of the opening team at Wild Blue, Run Rabbit brings together local expertise and a fresh perspective on mountain dining, complemented by handcrafted cocktails, a seasonal patio, and a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Whistler Village.
