Meet Gerald, a passionate wellness practitioner who began his fitness journey in 2005 with a deep curiosity about healing and the body’s natural energies. Since attaining his first yoga qualification in 2015, he has continued to expand his expertise across various disciplines including BodyBalance, Yin, Flow and Hatha Yoga.
Known for his personalised and thoughtful approach, Gerald works closely with his students to support their individual wellness and recovery journeys. He is also a proud official key supporter of Global Wellness Day, championing the importance of mindful living and holistic wellbeing.
