• Valid for new bookings made by 30 September 2026, for events held by 31 December 2027.
• Valid for meetings with minimum bookings of 10 materialised rooms per night.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Prices are subject to prevailing taxes and service charges.
• *Discount applies to the next event held at the same hotel within 12 months of the current contract date.
• **1 in every 25 rooms is eligible for a complimentary night, maximum of 3 rooms.
  **1 in every 25 rooms is eligible for a complimentary suite upgrade, maximum of 3 upgrades.
• ***(Earned) Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) capped at SGD100,000 eligible revenue per event, which will be awarded after the event and full payment has been received.
• Participating hotels reserve the right to modify promotional offers at their discretion.
