Power Base
Power Base is designed to target your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves with foundational movements like squats, lunges, and hip thrusts. This session will help you build lower-body power, improve stability and increase endurance, making it ideal for anyone looking to boost their strength and explosive performance.
Stretch and Restore
Stretch and Restore combines deep, static stretches with mindful breathing techniques to promote flexibility and muscle recovery. Ideal for unwinding after a tough workout or enhancing overall mobility, this session helps release tension and support muscle recovery.
Muay Fit
Muay Fit fuses high-intensity interval training with the powerful strikes and fluid movements of Muay Thai. Punch, kick, knee and elbow your way through this high-energy workout designed to improve strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance.
Box Fit
Box Fit blends boxing techniques with bodyweight exercises and interval training for a heart-pumping workout. This session incorporates fast-paced combos, footwork drills and conditioning moves to build lean muscle, burn fat, and improve coordination.

- Comfortable sports attire is recommended for all sessions.
- Reservations are required. Slots are first-come-first-served, and subject to availability.
- Vouchers are not redeemable/ exchangeable for cash and can only be utilised at St. Gregory, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering.
- Vouchers must be fully redeemed in one visit. 2025 vouchers must be utilised within three months of purchase, before 31 December 2025. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
