About our Trainer - Zen Ng
Zen is a certified personal trainer by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). He also holds certifications from the National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP) and the Basic Exercise Course (BEC) by the Singapore Sports Council.
With a diverse background in Muay Thai, Sanda, Wushu, Taichi, and Wing Chun, Zen offers personal training that is both physically transformative and empowering in self-defense.
Drawing on his extensive experience and motivating coaching style, he has helped clients of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals through tailored programmes that combine martial arts with effective fitness strategies.
