Hock Lam Beef Noodles is Singapore's longest surviving Teochew beef noodle recipe and boasts a gourmet broth that has been laboriously prepared by boiling for 24 hours, homemade chili sauce with 13 ingredients and hand sliced beef cuts for maximum tenderness.
