Serviced Suites Policy

 

Check-in & Check-out

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to register and check in to a suite. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, while check-out time is by 12:00 PM.

Guest Identity Verification Requirement at Check-In

In line with Regulation 17 of the National Registration Regulations (NRR), guests must present a valid physical Identity Card (IC) or Passport for verification during check-in. Digital NRICs (e.g., via Singpass) and other IDs such as work permits, In-Principle Approval (IPA) letters, driving licences, and membership cards are not accepted. Only original physical ICs or passports are permitted for identity verification. Rates Policy

Rates are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST). 

Child Policy

A maximum of one child under the age of six years old is allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds are available upon request for selected suite categories, subject to availability and suite layout configuration. A charge of SGD80+ per suite per night applies, subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rates are subject to revision without prior notice.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary upon request (subject to availability).

Breakfast Pricing

Buffet breakfast is available at the Pacific Lounge from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM, at an additional cost of SGD30+ per person per day. Children under the age of six are entitled to complimentary breakfast with an accompanying adult. Breakfast service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays. Price is subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and is subject to revision without prior notice.

In-Room Dining Guests may also enjoy in-room dining services provided by PARKROYAL on Beach Road by dialling "6#" to place an order. Prices are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and may be revised without prior notice.

Airport Shuttle

Parking Fee

Complimentary basement parking is available for all monthly stay residents. Click here for further information.

Valet Parking

Valet parking service is not available.

Payment Types

The Serviced Suites accepts Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Union Pay. Please note that the Serviced Suites does not accept any form of reservations made by virtual cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment upon your arrival.

Smoking Rooms

The Serviced Suites maintain a strict no-smoking policy within its public areas and suites. A cleaning fee of SGD 300 per suite per incident will apply for any violation of this policy. Please speak with our team for the designated smoking area.
