Achievements & Certifications

As part of our ongoing commitment to globalise our green efforts, Pan Pacific Hotels Group has achieved the prestigious Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Multi-Site Certification for all eight of its properties in Singapore. This significant achievement highlights our dedication to sustainability. 

Our ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 certifications further emphasis our commitment to environmental management and occupational health and safety. These achievements align with our broader sustainability goals and reflect our dedication to creating an exceptional, responsible hospitality experience for our guests.

Our Environment

Sustainability is at the heart of our guest experience. Each apartment features a wooden cube showcasing our green initiatives, from providing filtered tap water to reduce plastic waste to carbon-free practice.Our bathroom amenities now feature refillable JoLove pump bottles, eliminating 84,480 single-use miniature toiletries annually. Additionally, our in-suite filtered water taps remove the need for 105,504 plastic bottles each year. We also encourage towel reuse to conserve water and energy. 

To promote eco-friendly exploration, we offer complimentary bicycle rentals, allowing guests to discover Singapore sustainably. These initiatives reflect our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint and fostering a greener future.

Our People & Community

At Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, we are committed to making a meaningful impact by fostering engagement, education, and support within our community.

We also welcomed 25 students from Boon Lay Secondary School under the FLEX Programme from May - Aug 2025, where they experienced life in a serviced apartment through a four-day externship with our mentors.

In May 2025, our team partnered with All Kin Senior Aging Centre for an afternoon of lunch, games, and a painting workshop, while also donating 50 grocery bags and supermarket vouchers to the seniors. 

Earlier, in November 2024, together with our cluster properties — Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard and PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Singapore,  we hosted a year-end celebration for Children Wishing Well, featuring art jamming, games, performances, and goodie bags for 30 children.

Beyond outreach, we actively connect with our residents through community activities such as Cultural Heritage Tours, Halloween Night, and Sunset Yoga, while supporting local schools with internship opportunities.
Through these initiatives, we aim to strengthen community ties and leave a lasting, positive impact.

Our Art, Culture & Heritage

We strive to enrich our residents’ experiences by celebrating Singapore’s vibrant arts, culture, and heritage.

In July 2025, we hosted a Racial Harmony Day celebration, where our residents enjoyed local snacks, live satay and teh tarik stations, and traditional games such as colour sticks and five stones. These moments not only brought our community together but also offered an authentic glimpse into Singapore’s multicultural spirit.

As part of the stay experience, residents can also join a guided Kampong Glam heritage tour, located just opposite our property, to explore the history and traditions of this iconic precinct.

At the Pacific Lounge, our breakfast menu features local favourites such as Nasi Lemak, Stir-fried Hor Fun, Laksa, and Roti Prata — giving our guests a true taste of Singapore every morning.

Through these experiences, we invite our guests to connect deeply with the heart and soul of Singapore.
