Minimum Age for Check-in

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register and check-in to the serviced suites.

Rates Policy

All room rates are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes. A Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room, per night for foreign passport holders will be collected upon check-in.

Child Policy

A maximum of one child under the age of six years old is allowed to share the one-bedroom suite and a maximum of two children under the age of six years old are allowed to share the two-bedroom suite without additional charges using existing bedding. If extra beds for the children are required, we provide rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast starting from an additional MYR180 per room per night for inclusive continental breakfast. 

Rollaway Beds

A third person will be subject to an extra person charge of MYR180 for an extra bed, inclusive of continental breakfast and subject to availability. Prices are inclusive of 6% Sales and Services Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary for a maximum of one child under two years old upon request (subject to availability). 

Breakfast Pricing

Buffet breakfast options:

• Pacific Lounge at Level 25, chargeable at MYR55 per adult and MYR27.50 per child from 6 to 11 years of age, or,
• Thyme in PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, chargeable at MYR70 per adult and RM35 per child from 6 to 11 years of age.

Parking Fee

In-house hotel guests are entitled to a flat rate parking of MYR2 per entry (parking fee is subject to 10% service tax or any prevailing taxes), available for up to maximum of one vehicle per room.

The Serviced Suite accepts Visa, Master and American Express. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.

Accessibility

The Serviced Suite has wheelchair access facilities at the public areas and lift access on every floor. 

Smoking Rooms

The Serviced Suite has a no-smoking policy. However, there are designated areas at the Serviced Suite entrance and some parts of the garden should guests wish to smoke. e-cigarette and vape and any other form of smoking are also prohibited.
