Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings and stays until 31 March 2025.
• Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Offer and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All rates are subject to 5% Service charge & 11% VAT per room/night.
• Reservations are subject to rate changes and room availability.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• Prepayment is non-refundable should there be any no-show or cancellation once the booking is made. Amendment of dates is not allowed.
• PARKROYAL Serviced Suites reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional details without prior notice.
