In our effort to conserve water and operate more sustainably, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur has introduced several water efficient management practices. All taps and shower heads are fitted with aerators to reduce water flow without compromising guest comfort. Each room features a sustainability reminder card encouraging guests to reuse towels and linens as part of our “Green Stay” initiative, which conserves water while minimising detergent use. These combined initiatives not only reduce our water footprint but also contribute meaningfully to sustainable hospitality practices.

We have introduced eco-friendly practices that minimise waste while maintaining the highest standards of comfort. We’ve installed wall-mounted dispensers for shower gel and shampoo in all bathrooms, replacing individual amenity bottles. These initiatives removed 80,000 single-use miniature bottles annually.
