We have also transitioned from single-use miniature toiletries to Appelles refillable dispenser bottles, significantly reducing plastic waste. Appelles amenities are eco-friendly and vegan, free from parabens and MIT*, and never tested on animals.

To conserve energy, we encourage towel reuse and have pre-set all air-conditioning units at 24°C. In addition, we have upgraded to Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air-conditioning systems, delivering up to 20% energy savings — equivalent to more than $94,000 annually.

For guests who wish to explore Singapore sustainably, we offer complimentary bicycle rentals to discover the city in an eco-friendly way.

We actively support local and inclusive art communities by commissioning and showcasing diverse artworks, providing exposure for both emerging local artists and those with disabilities. This includes the painting, Fountain, 1996, by renowned Singapore Cultural Medallion recipient, Chua Ek Kay, which is showcased in lobby area.

In collaboration with Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road Singapore, we also host a weekly Cultural Heritage Tour, where residents embark on a one-hour immersive journey through Kampong Glam, discovering the rich history and traditions of this iconic district.Through these experiences, we invite our guests to connect with the heart and soul of Singapore.
