- Valid for meetings with minimum bookings of 10 materialized rooms per night

- Not valid for existing bookings and cannot be combined with other promotions
- Prices are subject to prevailing taxes and service charges
- *Discount applies to the next event held at the same hotel within 12 months of the current contract date
- **1 in every 25 rooms is eligible for a complimentary night, maximum of 3 rooms
- **1 in every 25 rooms is eligible for a complimentary suite upgrade, maximum of 3 upgrades
