Hotel Policy

Minimum Age for Check-in	Guests must be 18 years of age in order to check-in to the hotel.
Rates Policy	All room rates are subject to 8% Sales & Service Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room, per night for foreign passport holders will be collected upon check-in.
Child Policy	A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding. If extra beds for the children are required, we provide rollaway beds starting from an additional MYR 150 per room per night for selected room types only. Price is subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax or any prevailing taxes and subject to change without prior notice. COLLECTION Club Lounge is reserved for guests above the age of 12 years old only.
Rollaway Beds	Lifestyle Premier King/Double Double can accommodate a maximum of three people. A third person will be charged MYR 150 per room per night for a rollaway bed, or MYR 200 per room per night for a rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast, subject to availability. (Price is subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax or any prevailing taxes and subject to change without prior notice).
Baby Cot/Crib Hire	Complimentary for a maximum of one child under two years old upon request (subject to availability).
Breakfast Pricing	Buffet breakfast at Thyme is chargeable at MYR 85 per adult and MYR 42.50 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old). Prices are inclusive of 6% Sales and Services Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Airport Shuttle	The Hotel recommends using KLIA Express, GRAB, red and white taxi or blue taxi services. For your safety, please avoid illegal and unlicensed vehicles and touts.
Parking Fee	In-house hotel guests are entitled to a flat rate parking of MYR 2 per entry, available for up to maximum of one vehicle per room.
Payment Types	The Hotel accepts Visa, Master, American Express and JCB. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
Accessibility	The Hotel has wheelchair access facilities at the public areas and lift access on every floor. Handicapped-friendly guestrooms are also available. Advance request is required.
Smoking Rooms	The Hotel has a no-smoking policy. However there are designated areas at the hotel entrance and some parts of the garden should guests wish to smoke. Shisha, e-cigarette, cigar and vape and any other form of smoking are also prohibited.
Cancellation Policy	Reservations must be cancelled two days (local time) prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night stay, including taxes. Cancellation policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific cancellation policy. A no-show fee of one night stay and taxes will apply.
Pet Policy	No pets allowed.
